Brief Answer:
Kidney stones vs. lumbar spine problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Two conditions is necessary to be considered and evaluated further in your case:

1. kidney and/or uretral stones

2. degenerative or herniated lumbar spine disease.

It is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor clinically and by tests such urinalysis, echo ultrasound of genitourinary tract and CT scan, or MRI of your lumbar spine.

Treatment depends on diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
