Question : I have. Extreme belching, flatulence and abdominal distention. It is making me feel terrible. This is new for me. What can be causing this?

Such symptoms can be a sign of bowels obstruction. At your age, large intestine malignancies should be always rule out in case of such symptoms. It would be good to do not wait with it. Please consult your doctor. Abdominal x-ray and ultrasound should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be scheduled. If colonoscopy will be negative, gastroscopy is the next step. Please do not wait with it.
