What Causes Constant Blurred Vision, Sensitivity To Light And Tightness Around Forehead?

I do notice a tightness across my forehead and in my temples when I think about it. Maybe I am too busy to notice how bad these headaches get or to notice other symptoms? I tend to just keep going as I am my own boss.
I work 10-15hours as a personal trainer (that includes in the gym, answering emails, writing blogs etc)
I have a great diet and obviously exercise a lot (at least 45mins daily)
I used to get dizzy spells 5 years ago a lot and again 3years ago they started but disappeared when I went off the contraceptive pill.
I am 23, female.
Please give me some ideas.
These symptoms are seen in primary headaches like migraine.

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having tightness in forehead, headache associated with blurred vision, sensitivity to light...
Since your eyes were tested by a optometrist and vision and eyes are fine no need to be worried.
These symptoms in your age group most commonly indicate primary headaches like Migraine. The visual complaints are usually present as prodromal symptoms in migraine.
I usually prefer to treat this condition by the use of pain killers/ analgesic tablets and antimigraine drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
With regards

What could this mean?
I dont feel like i get migrains and my headaches are not debitating
The other causes need to be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.
Migraine though less commonly it is associated with tingling and numbness.
I mentioned it as the probable cause as it was associated with headache.
The other common causes that need to be considered in your age group are
Deficiency of vitamins especially B complex group, anxiety or stress...
The other general causes are diabetes, neuropathies, viral infections, chronic alcoholism, smoking.... Considering your age these causes are highly unlikley, hence no need to be worried.
Hence I advice you take a balanced diet, avoid stress and take vitamin supplements and you will be fine. If the symptoms persist then I advice you to go for a examination to rule out migraine and other causes as I have mentioned.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
Thank you
