What Causes Constant Body Ache, Dizziness And Diarrhea?
Question: Hi,
A couple of weeks a go I was ill with a stomach virus. I had bad bodily aches, dizziness, and diarrhea for about 2-3 days. On the third day as the illness was clearing up I had a gush of watery, thin, white discharge from my vagina. It was enough to run down my legs and land on the floor, and came out in about 3 separate gushes. I've never had anything like it before.
I was expecting my period on about 10th May but it is currently about 5 days late.
I became sexually active with my new boyfriend about a month a go. Sometimes we use a condom and sometimes he pulls out, but he has never climaxed inside me.
What was the watering gush? If I'm pregnant could it have been amniotic fluid? Or is my period late because I was ill? I'm worried.

1) This watery fluid is not amniotic fluid as amniotic fluid wont be formed so soon.
2) This watery fluid is called mucous which is normally present in vagina and cervix.
3) Sometimes there is excess mucous secretion when you are sexually excited or had sexual intercourse recently.
4) If there was no spot of bleeding , this may not be your periods. Dont worry about it.
5) There is no chance of pregnancy. You seem to have used protection.
