Candida albicans is carried in the mouths of about 50% of the world's population as a normal component of the oral microbiota. This candidal carriage state is not considered a disease. May be in your case, test is positive due to this reason. So, nothing to worry about it and candida can not lead to such kind of chronic pain. You have pain for last 10 years and it is mild in intensity. I think, you have somatoform disorder. A somatoform disorder is a psychological disorder characterized by symptoms like physical pain, gastric complaints etc that cannot be explained fully by a different medical investigations. In somatoform disorder, medical test results are either normal or do not explain the person's symptoms, and history and physical examination do not indicate the presence of a medical condition that could cause them.
