Please give some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please give some more details? Where exactly is the pain located (lower right, left or both sides)? Do you have any back pain? Any fever? Do you suffer from diabetes? Is your urine smelly or foamy?
Can you please attach the urine analysis report? Have you had urine culture done?
Do you have any constipation, diarrhea, mucus in the stool, blood in the stool?
Do you wake up at night to urine? How many times?

I`m looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Abdominal ultrasound should be done.

Detailed Answer:
This seems to be still bladder and urethra infection. Most likely the antibiotics are ineffective. It is also possible that the infection is only a cause of some disease like stone in the bladder or some lump in the bladder. That is why, I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound to see the bladder and consider urologist consult. In case of any doubts, cystoscopy should be done. Especially if there was a trace of blood in the urine analysis.
For sure urine analysis should be repeated. It would be also good to repeat urine culture, but it can be done some time after antibiotics treatment will be over.
