Question: I have had the flu since Wed (diagnosed with influenza B on Friday and began Tamiflu). Today has been the worst day of it. No fever; however, I feel incredibly weak and my chest is constantly burning. Is this normal? Thank you for your time in advance.

Brief Answer:
A viral situation could last 3-5 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

You should know that a viral situation could last 3-5 days.
But, during this time do you have cought ecxept the burning of chest?
Usually if this situation last more than 5 days it could be a bacterial complication and should do some lab examination and x-ray of chest .

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
