It can be due to bacterial infection most likely.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your report suggest only bacterial or other infection. No any other significant abnormality is there. So nothing to worry. you should check your CRP level. If it is positive then you need a course of antibiotics.
If you have enlarged spleen then you should go for ultrasound abdomen once. To check size of liver and any lymphnode enlargement. From blood reports there is nothing to worry much.
Hope I have answered your question. if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your complete blood count suggest elevated total wbc count with high neutrophil so it suggest infection.
Leukemia generally leads to very high wbc count with atypical cells or blast cells in peripheral blood. So there is no chance of leukemia.
Multiple myeloma is very rare at your agr and it has different features. Don't worry about that also.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
