                                    Brief Answer:
HRT
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
These symptoms are common in transition period to menopause.
Unfortunately there is no natural food , therapy or medicine other than HRT. Because hormones only can replace hormone.
HRT if taken for short time does not have all the side effects.
You can consider HRT for an year and slowly taper it off. This will help you to get rid of dizziness.
Meanwhile keep blood pressure under strict control and do jog everyday, drink more water, sleep more including an afternoon nap.

                                    Brief Answer:
Effective medication
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand that there are lot of products which claim to be natural and promise alternative to HRT.
Please understand that menopause is associated with lack of hormones namely estrogen and progesterone. Whatever medicines you take should be able ro replace these hormones.
Among the natural products avaliable in market none of them come close to performing roles of these hormones. HRT is only solution.
Since you are not willing for HRT you have to consult a neurologist and check if they can prescribe a medicine for dizziness as you experience. Thats the only alternative.
