Question : I woke up with dizziness this a.m. am diabetic, 59 y/o female. bmi 37, A1C of 6.4. This is the third day of a balanced weight loss program for me - lower fat, more fruits, veges, etc. very little sugar.
No vomiting, drove to work. at desk feeling dizzy but no nausea.

Get blood pressure and blood sugar measured.
If dizziness persists take cinnarizine tablet.
Avoid prolonged standing.
Take rest. Take pain killers if headache occurs.
