Brief Answer:
May require antibiotics if there is evidence of infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
It is likely to be a bronchitis.
Do you have any fever or do you feel breathless?
If so it would be good to see a doctor and have your blood tested and have a chest xray to check whether you have an infection requiring antibiotics.

Take care
