Brief Answer:
Hello. It looks unrelated to cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. I understand your concern. So this pain looks unrelated to lymphoma treatment. In my opinion, it is likely due to musculoskeletal sprain and may require some physiotherapy to releive. However an ultrasound of abdomen or a ct scan may be required after a clinicsl examination and a short course of analgesics depending upon the results.
Thanks and regards
