Brief Answer:
To rule out possibility of Hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

Pain initiated following lifting of heavy weight ,which occurs after getting up ,possibility of Hernia needs to be considered and ruled out. Initially there might not be visible bulge ,just the drag of mesentry is enough to initiate the pain. Exact diagnosis will however depend on clinical examination.

I hope there is no testicular pain or any other associated symptoms (nausea, vomiting ) with the pain. Do consult your Primary Care physician for further examination and assessment.

Wishing you great Health
