Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that these symptoms are not suggestive of cancer (spread to brain) or another serious brain disease.

Possibilities include mild reduction in blood flow to brain, ear dysfunction, or vitamin deficiencies (such as vitamin B12).

You can get an ENT and neurological examinations done.

If still in doubt, MRI brain may be done, however, it is not required on urgent basis.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
