Brief Answer:
further assessment needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
You have nonspecific symptoms which could be in many disease states.
The possibilities are depression, chronic fatigue syndrome or deficiency states of micro nutrients like vitamin B12 or vitamin D.
So better get the blood investigations for the said vitamins then get a clinical assessment with physical examination included. A local physician may give great inputs after the reports and the physical assessment.
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.

Brief Answer:
start Tryptomer and Multivitamin supplement

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
You have been already treated for deficiency of vitamin D and B12, which were my prime suspects.
I think you should be on a general vitamin B complex, C and D supplement.
I will like you to get prescribed amytriptiline in consult with your local clinician.
It will help lifting your mood, help tiredness and it also reduces sweating by it's anticholinergic actions.
I hope that will be helpful.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
treatment of depression will help

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
I my view the underlying problem is most likely depression either in full part or to a greater extant.
The treatment needs to be continued till relief and then it should be tapered off slowly.
Giving percentage is not pragmatic in medical field but it's definitely more than 50%
You may need some more work up in the follow up period.
I hope it will help.
Take care.
