Brief Answer:
Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Gastritis often makes you feel full and there will be loss of appetite as well. Here is what I recommend

1. Tab Omeprazole 20mg once in the morning before food for 1 week
2. Avoid milk and milk products
3. Do not sleep immediately after having meals, try and stay upright for 2 hours
4. Exercise daily, avoid bending exercises. Exercise is the best stimulant for hunger
5. Avoid smoking and drinking until you are better

If the symptoms do not improve then I recommend getting an Endoscopy done

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
