Question: my stomach is making all this weird noise and I keep blurring. can you tell what it is and what can I take

I am Dr XXXXXXX Sultan and will be answering your query. I have gone through your query and totally understand your health concerns..
Do you experience pain and heart burn associated with it?
How about your bowel habit? Diarrhoea or constipation?
Any fever associated with it? Which type of food you consume mostly?
These queries need to be answered before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn..If there is no pain and heart burn , then you should not be worry about it much. You need to change your life style and eat small frequent meals..
It would be wise to start Omeprazole once daily .it will help you relieve symptoms.

I don't have heart burn nor diarrhea or constipation. no fever.. my stomach should very nosing

Based upon history , in my opinion you should not be worried. There is nothing wrong. All you need is reassurance and do consume small regular frequent meals.
If I am your attending physician I will start you on Omeprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast. It will help you relieve symptoms within a week and can be discontinued after that.

for the past two days my blood pressure had been. this are readings, 97/81/95
92/62/105 that was yesterday. today at 9am 121/80/113 10:30am 108/72/108,
19pm 96/63/106, 1pm 103/65/107. I took my blood pressure pill at 9am (Los art an 25mg). the only thing I feel is my heart beating to fast.

I appreciate your follow up...
Your blood pressure is well controlled but your heart rate should not be greater than 100.
In my opinion you really see your physician and ECG to rule out any atrial fibrillation. There is need to revise the treatment like adding beta blocker to your drugs. Your cardiologist will modify your treatment based upon the physical examination .
