Question : Hi Dr

Since last 2 days , there is constant headache with minor cold like congested nose.
I m not sure if its sinus but its first time , i had this type of headache.
Just took combiflame , got ok for few hrs but than back again. I dnt ve migraine issues so its first time.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
Nasal congestion can be accompanied with headache. It can be due to sinusitis or malaise. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any sinus infection.
Taketablet cefixime 200 twice daily and tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day for a week.
Take steam inhalation.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.

Thanks mam, i m in XXXXXXX and here livocetrzn is available but without salt phnylpherine. Livoctrzn available with hydrochloride....is it ok? Montab l medicine is available which has levo plus montelukast?
