What Causes Constant Headache And Body Pain During Pregnancy?

Question : Hello,
Can you please take a look at the picture attached, my wife is 37 years old, she has been suffering for a constant headache for the last two weeks, alongside with general pain in her body. So far blood tests have given a lymphocitosis as a result, we have done many tests already, Epstein bar, citomegalovirus, glucose, pre and post, and others, all resulted in negative. Please note that she has suffered of similar symptoms every now and then, but never with a headache. The only thing that helps is a combination of desketropofeno, carbamazepine, to alleviate the psin, but it just doesn't help.. This last two days the hand palms and feet are hurting more and now the veins are more visible than regular, any idea why that could be? Any other help would be appreciated.

First of all I need more information on her Headache.
1. Is it continuous or intermittent ?
2. Which part of the head aches ?
3. Is it a throbbing pain or it sharp pain or a dull pain ?
4. Does she feels irritation to bright light or loud sound at the time of headache?
Also I need to go through the tests reports ( you have uploaded only the picture of hand ) . So, kindly upload the blood tests reports.
I am suspecting more of a condition called Migraine but I shall talk about it after you let me know the details asked .
