Brief Answer:
viral cold or sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Constant variable headache and fever could be due to a number of causes
The main possibilities include viral flu and sinusitis.
Does he have any other symptoms like vomiting?
Continue liquid molten as you are giving now.
Ensure he drinks.plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated as dehydration worsens headache.
If his headache doesn't settle, consult your doctor to rule out sinus infection.
If sinus infection is confirmed by clinical examination, he may need a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin for 10 days

Wishing him speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
