Question : yes i have knee pain 24hrs a day the cartlage is deteriorated and in constant pain

I know it is easier to suggest knee replacement but it is effective solution for your 24 hour pain. It would improve quality of life, mobility and importantly pain free Life.
Till then physical rehabilitation is the only way forward with pain medication.
