
What Causes Constant Muscle Soreness In The Forearms?

Question: The muscles in my forearms and upper arms feel like I have been wrestling steers or lifting heavy objects repeatedly. This has been going on for two weeks now and seems to get worse little by little. I have not done anything strenuous to bring this on.

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think it is due to muscular weakness.I would suggest you to get your serum B12 and vitamin D3 level. These two tests will tell us about the status of your muscle. Till you get these tests I have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Avoid smoking.
3.take lots of salt in fluids, like one TSF with one glass of water.
3.avoid very cool temperature during sleeping.
5.take Brufen tablet twice daily.
