Question : 62 years old, been feeling nauseous for a week, while sitting begian to sweat?

I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to:
- stomach flue
- gastritis
- Inner ear problems

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy

Meanwhile I would recommend to use Betahistine and Motilium to relieve the nausea.
