Question : I am sick of being in pain. I have had a history of kidney stones and often feel pain in my right flank. I also had a hysterectomy 13 years ago due to endometriosis. Now, I am questioning, if my constant right flank pain is really endometriosis? My stomach is always hurting, sex is painful and I get naucious quite often. These symptoms cause me to go the ER at times. They usually scan the kidney and say , yep you have a small stone there, but it isn't decending... I am at a loss and sick of feeling cruddy. help.

                                    Brief Answer:
Can be due to endometriosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A constant pain in the right flank with painful sex and nausea can be due to endometriosis. This is less likely to be due to a non descending small renal stone. Endometriosis can spread inside the abdominal cavity causing a persistent pain. It is best to get an MRI scan done for proper diagnosis.
