Brief Answer:
Spleen infarct. Kidney. Ureter

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

A markedly enlarged spleen with subsequent splenic infarct can cause such painful left quadrant pain.

An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis can be advised to look for the size of the spleen.

The kidneys and ureters also can cause such pain if there is a stone lodged in them.

Antispasmodic and acetaminophen can be taken for now.

Wishing you best of health
