Supportive care. Needs workup for the cause
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Ear pops when the pressure on outside and inside of ear drum is imbalanced. Ear may pop normally when a person yawns or chews as that opens eustachian tube and lead to inner ear pressure in some cases. Allergies , middle ear infections, ruptured or perforated ear drums and or eustachian tube defects need to be ruled out. Your outer ear wax deposits have been ruled out but inner ear needs to be examined. Allergies if any should be managed. Congested sinuses should be supportively treated as ear nose throat are all connected, if one gets affected all suffer.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
