Question : I have a pressure in the vaginal area,feels like pressure and an urgency,when I put a slight pressure there it feels like a pulsating feeling very uncomfortable.ihad cystocele/retocele repair 2 yrs ago,had urology w/u with cystoscope 1 yr ago isaw my gynecologist says every thing looks good from surgery stand point.but something is not right.i am very miserable especially later in day.i was suggested to use estrace and have for 3 wks still no difference,pease help kay age 62

Since you have had a complete Urological and Gynecological workup, we have to accept that there is nothing structurally wrong down there.
Can you elaborate your symptoms ?
Do you have pressure and urgency all the time ?
IS it related to urination , or defecation ?
Estrace does help in such post menopausal symptoms, give it some more time, one more week.
IT takes uptil a month for the hormones to work and make you feel better.
