Question : I have anal pressure. No pain. Feels like I have to have a BM but I don't. No other symptoms.
Brief Answer:
Take lots of fibres and fluids
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am Dr.Amit Jain (DM, Gastroenterologist). This may be due to incomplete evacuation. So I will advise you to increase fibres in your diet by increasing fruits and vegetables in your diet and take lots of fluid. If still not improve visit a Gastroenterologist who may advise you to get proctoscopy or sigmoidoscopy to see whether there is anything wrong. I hope I have answered your query. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Wish you a good health
