Question : Is a constant ringing of the ear the result of using -Arginine with omega 3 or any other one a day supplement?

This is unlikely. However, if the onset coincided with the start of using these supplements, I will say stop and let's see what happens. If the symptoms regress, then that way the cause and if not, then unlikely.
