Question : I had a Radical Prostatecomy in July 2000. PSA did not rise for several years. In 2016 it got to 3.12 in XXXXXXX and 3.19 in Jul in 2017 it went to 4.14 and Jul 5.53. In 2017 I had Bone mineral density and a Nuclear bone scan both ok. Should I worry and what next.
Brief Answer:
Hello dear. We can wait till imaging is positive
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the details. So if the PET-CT comes negative, we can wait till the imaging is positive, or we can add antihormonal treatment like Zoladex. Both are acceptable.
There is no need to worry
Thanks and regards
