Brief Answer:
you may be having an allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Clogged head with a running nose can either be due to an allergy , a sinus infection or due to a common cold which has spread into your sinuses.

I would recommend that you start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day and can also start on tablet levocetrizine 10 mg at night for the cold.

The clogging in the ears is also due to the same problem and will come down once the cold subsides.

if you do not have high blood pressure , then i would also suggest that you use Oxymetazoline nasal drops , 2 drops in each nostril 2-3 times a day , it will reduce the clogging sensation and clear up your sinuses.

If however , you are not better by 3-4 days ,or start worsening , then i would like you to meet your doctor for examination and further advice.

Take care!
