Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for submitting your question.

I can understand your frustration with these symptoms that seem to come and go for no reason at all.

Fatigue, malaise and night sweats are concerning, especially since they have been present for the duration you report.

I highly suggest that you schedule an appointment with your physician for a good physical examination (including lymph node check-up) and possible adjunct laboratory or radiographic studies.

Blood work (CBC with white cell count and peripheral blood smear) would be very reasonable to have. There are a number of causes these symptoms could be due to, but a proper examination is needed to definitively determine their cause.

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
