Question : my wife she is 56, has had a throat infection since day before evening. she is coughing very badly and has fever of 99 deg F. she has had two tablets of Augmentin 625 mg yesterday , crocin for fever and Becasule ( b complex) her throat is still very bad . she had XXXXXXX cough syrup for cough

Hi,

Please take tab augmentin 625 mg 12 hours apart means two times a day.

Take tab zerodol sp.

You may take tab paracetamol for fever.
Take tab B complex.
Add steam inhalation.
Take syrup XXXXXXX.
And if no effect with XXXXXXX you can start syrup Honitus.

Saline gargles will give a soothing effect.

Please bear in mind that any sore throat takes 3 or 4 days to recover fully.
