Brief Answer:
The site of the pain is important.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

You have not mentioned the site of the pain and other details as to severity, other symptoms, etc. If you can tell me the details, I will be better able to help you.

The diagnosis depends on the site. If it is in the upper abdomen on right side, it could be due to Gallbladder stones. If it is in the center portion ,it could be gastritis. If the pain is in the right lower part, it could be appendicitis or Ureteric stone.

In generalized pain, I prescribe antispasmodic tablet to my patients.

Please consult your doctor and get checked.
It is better to go for an Ultrasound abdomen.

Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
