Brief Answer:
Deatailed history backed by proper clinical examination is important here

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the brief description provided. However, I would need you to elaborate upon your problem. Please mention how long this has been going on and whether there are any other associated symptoms. Based on your inputs, I would definitely guide you further.

The mentioned symptoms could be indicative of some significant underlying illness and I would insist on getting yourself clinically evaluated by a doctor. Some investigations like blood counts and C-Reactive protein (CRP) would make matters clearer.

Regards
