Question : My hands and feet are swollen constantly. I feel like someone could pop me with a pin. I have been taking melds but they are not working. I have been tested for arthritis and Lyme and both were negative.

Swelling at joints only my be due to arthritis.
Swelling involving whole limb preferably hand and feet may be due to hypothyroidism, renal disease, liver disease, cardiac disease.
Have you got blood investigations for thyroid profile, renal function test, liver function test, ECG, Ultrasound abdomen?
