Question : i feel tired and drained all the time and have felt this way for a year or so

I have gone through your query. The tiredness can be due to any inflammatory process running in body or anemia.

Do you have any recurrent upper respiratory infections?
Do you have any recurrent diarrhea?
How is your appetite?

Better to go for a blood routine test including ESR , blood sugar, urea , creatinine,serum cholsterol and Urine routine test to rule out any possibility of those.
