Brief Answer:
Possibly IBS

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible IBS. in fact , the symptoms of the query are almost always seen in this condition. It's a bowel related condition where the colon is affected. Colon is the last segment of the intestine.

I think I would suggest that you test with a colonoscopy. Meanwhile, start with isapghula husk 3tsf 4 times a day, with warm milk.
Plenty of fluids and high fiber vegetarian diet will help.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
