Brief Answer:
Cystitis requiring perfect workup, diagnosis &management accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Respected Nkelaher, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Clinically this is due to Cystitis by various pathogens / crystals, casts , calculus
fregments in urinary tract / urethral stricture.
*In our clinic, we recommend Urine routine & culture report , FBS , CBC ,
S.Creatinine of the blood along with Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis ;
Cystoscopy in selected cases to reach the definite diagnosis and management
accordingly.
*Would suggest you the following clues from my side to get better fast :
@ Drink plenty of liquids - boiled water, coconut water, rice water, juices, tea,
coffee, butter milk to maintain hydration and clear any pathogens or minute
stone fregments if present.
@ Keep the genitals clean & dry, wear cotton loose underwears.
@ Avoid exposure to excess heat / cold.
@ Avoid smoking / alcohol / abuse substances / commercial beverages if using.
@ Avoid sexual intercourse temporarily if engaged.
@ Be ambulatory & do some light exercises at home for pelvic muscles.
@ Avoid excess oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs.
@ Keep your BP , Blood sugar levels under control.
@ Cranberry sachets or liquid form helps faster recovery.
@ Avoid stress , relax and have adequate sleep of 8 hours.
@ Don`t try to either withheld the urine or force to pass the urine.
Hope this clears your query .
Thanks for using Health Care Magic & reviewing my answer carefully.
Wishing you fast and speedy recovery from the same.
Regards
Would love to answer any further queries from your side.
