You have recently started a probiotic and now you have constipation problems. It is entirely possible that the probiotic is the cause of your constipation.. I would recommend stopping it to see what happens. The mucus is caused just by the constipation. There will not be any candida die off with use of a probiotic.

This probiotic has an ingredient that also kills candida
Brief Answer:
Candida controlling probiotic
Detailed Answer:
OK the probiotic also had some candida killing agent but I con't think that is what caused the mucus or the color change to the mucus. I would still recommend stopping the probiotic and see if your stools return to normal.
