Brief Answer:
Post abortal complications

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Continued spotting and bleeding after abortion can be due to retained products of conception in the uterine cavity, post abortal infection or due to post abortal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
