Brief Answer:
may be allergy. reflux pharyngitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

The continuous dry cough may be due to allergic manifestation that has caused due to gluten allergy or due to any other allergic cause or even due to infection or reflux pharyngitis.

If you had history of gluten allergy then we can think of the present clinical features to gluten. If no history the the cause may be due to the other 2 common causes as explained before. If you don't have signs of infection then considering the recent bloating of abdomen the probable cause is reflux pharyngitis.

So since you have no history of allergy and also no inflammation, taking proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole with anti emetic like domperidone will help in preventing both the symptoms. If any other symptoms or associated conditions then the diagnosis and management differs.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Regards
