This could be probably due to the seasonal viral infection,presenting with myalgia,lethargy,body pains and feverish feel.
Please check out for your body temperature and let me know if you have added respiratory tract infection (with symptoms like cough,running nose breathing difficulty ) and burning urine.
If you do not have any of these symptoms simple paracetamol dosed 650 mgs two to three times daily added with multivitamin supplements will take care.
Please keep yourself hydrated adequately, to maintain your body temperature with electrolyte balance.
If you still feel persistence of the symptoms I would suggest you to go ahead with some specific blood investigations like complete haemogram,serum electrolytes, serum calcium and urine routine test.
