Brief Answer:
Computer vision head ache most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely computer vision head ache. The pictures or videos you see in computer is actually dots and when you see for long time brain and eyes will get exhausted of intepretation. So it can give head ache.

You can perform eye exercise like placing hands over closed eyes for 15 seconds in intervals. It is better to take such intervals often. Moisten your eyes by blinking regularly or applying moistening eye drops. You can also use warm towel or eye pack to warm up eye for proper blood circulation during intervals. You should also get an eye examination by a ophthalmologist to rule out any refractory errors. These measures will help to get rid off this head ache.

Other condition which can give such head ache is high lipid levels. Your serum cholesterol level should be checked also. If it is high you should get a life style modification. Take a healthy diet and proper exercise. If that is not helping then you should take statins like atorvastatin or Rosuvastatin by the advise of your treating doctor.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
