Please do the following

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

If you are experiencing a viral situation it might happen to have an occasional light sputum with blood.

But it is very important to rule out lung diseases and for this i would recommend you to do a chest X Ray, a Hemogram and a CRP.

After having the result your doctor will decide for further examinations if needed.

If the above results are normal than you should wait for the blood not to repeat any more.

If it continues than there are other examinations to do.

But do the above first and if you want you can attach me the results and i will advise you further.

Take care
