my wife has cold and cough, she is 6 months 8 days pregnant. please suggest medicines.

Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cough and cold in pregnancy is usually due to viral infection.
She should take adequate rest, have steam inhalation twice a day and can take levocetrizine tablet 5 mg twice a day for 5 days.
She should also take plenty of fluids.
