Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).
I can understand your concerns.
Pain in renal area on both sides may be due to renal itself (infection like renal absecess, pyelonephritis, renal or uretric stone) or due to large intestine (Intestinalcolic, infection, inflammation) or muscular or pleura/ lungs or ribs
Acid peptic disease is out as it is not relieved with anatacids
In the present scenario I wil suggest you to visit a Doctor for physical examination and few tests like complete haemogram, urine routine microscopy, renal function tests, ultrasound abdomen and chest xray.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
