Stronger drug against allergy, exclude infection, asthma and tumor. see Dr

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I think feeling shortness of breath, and new symptoms like swollen and tender bone deserve a complete medical review.

Hoarseness of the voice could imply a more intense degree of inflammation or a polyp, mass or a tumor. These conditions must be carefully checked for, for they could also explain shortness of breath.

It is important to know if you have any family history of asthma or not. Doing a chest X ray could be very informative too.

Loratadine is fights against allergies. The evolution of your symptoms suggest a stronger drug against allergic conditions like steroids, and deserve other rare but serious conditions like tumors and asthma to checked. Some infections could also lead to such a feeling.

It is important that you see your doctor for a complete clinical review.

Thanks and kind regards,

Dr Bain
