Brief Answer:
Yes, don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

Usually, at this age babies sometimes have their nose blocked resulting in difficult breathing and sound.
You have already shown to your doctor and he has examined and mentioned as fine.
So don't worry.

Try saline drops for the nose to see if breathing improves.

Taking feeds once in 4 hours is ok if your baby is passing urine atleast six to eight times a day.

Wishing your baby good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
