Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM, It sounds like a viral infection.
Please do not take anything more than Paracetamol (Tylenol) 500mg three times daily after some food, for the fever and body ache. Also take ginger and cloves in any form--it will help to fight fever, nausea and bodyache. You can add an OTC product for cough and cold.
But if you feel very run down or fever is consistently high--above 101 Degree F, see your doctor for a detaiuled clinical examination
